Hi guys, right now I’m in Masbate city in the Philippines right near the ocean. I’m here to show you the various foods you can find here, especially seafood.

Day 1

We arrived in Masbate after 7 am and we had breakfast at our gracious host after checking in at our hotel. They gave us fried eggs, dried fish and their specialty shredded beef.

When I asked Butch (our tour guide) “what is the specialty of Masbate?”, he said “Seafood.” And he’s right, it should be because Masbate is surrounded by water, and consists of three islands. I suggested that they also include the shredded beef recipe from Ms. Maloli, because it was really good and special. It really was that good to consider it as a specialty.
