4. Baklava

These are small deserts that come in different varieties such as fistkili baklava (pistachio baklava), kuru baklava, cevizli baklava, bulbul yuvasi, sutulu niriye, and more. My personal favorite baklava are Cavizli baklava, fistkili baklava, and bird’s nest or bulbul yuvasi. These small, sweet deserts that are usully fillo filled with nuts like pistachios, cashews, or walnuts. The flavor of these can range from being sweet, milky, nutty, toasty, or bitter.
